What a fun bunch Tara, Paul, and their families were to work with! I especially liked that Tara came from a family who had florists in it. In fact, Tara was able to supply me with beautiful tall vintage vases from the 50’s, to place many of her floral centerpieces on.
There were so many details at this wedding! Tara really loved peacock feathers and wanted to be sure they were incorporated into her day, but once we began discussing other flowers and options, we all came to the consensus that it would be fun to add a lot of culinary floral elements to this event. Here is how it all came together….
Tara’s bridal bouquet consisted of white, ivory & champagne toned Garden Roses, and many other varieties of roses. It was edged with a soft collar of hand wired feathers, and wrapped in double faced satin ribbon, lace applique, and had a very special locket (supplied by Tara), on the handle.
The bridesmaid’s bouquets were so fun and perfect for a fall wedding! They consisted of lavender Roses, Ornamental Kale (perfect for fall and the culinary theme) & peacock feathers.
I couldn’t resist snapping a photo of all of the pashmina wraps Tara and Paul were providing for their guests, they looked so perfect with all of the peacock feathers and jewel tones!
The Groom’s Boutonniere. And yes, that is a white peacock feather you see!

Ceremony Arrangements
One of the many centerpieces, half were tall and the other half were in cedar cubes. We used Amnesia Roses, Super Green Roses (which look to me a little like Brussels Sprouts), Ornamental Kale, Hybrid Delphinium, Asparagus, Snap Dragons, Fresh Herbs, Lemon Leaves, Asparagus Fern, Peacock Feathers, Artichokes, Dusty Miller, and many, many more!
Congratulations Tara and Paul!!!
