With our 2011 wedding season coming to a close, we are delighted to finally be able to reach out to those of you who have been asking us for floral design classes and workshops! We thought with Thanksgiving right around the corner it would be fitting to have our first class devoted to fall centerpiece design. Create your own one of a kind arrangement, using the season’s best flowers. Reward yourself, and or friends and family, with this fun, stress free, zero calorie activity to kick start your holidays.
We will supply all of the flowers, hydration solutions, forms, and hardware to create these beauties; and you can tap into your creativity (and save a little money) by supplying your own candles for the centers of each wreath.
Some great ideas include:
Filling a glass cylinder vase with water and floating candles.
Taking a glass cylinder vase, filling the bottom with cranberries or walnuts, and placing a pillar candle into the center.
Placing a pumpkin into the center of the wreath.
Or as shown in this picture, any wine connoisseurs can fill the bottom half with corks and a pillar candle placed into the center.
The possibilities are really limitless! And yes, you can certainly purchase any glassware or candles from us too, (we will have items available for purchase at the studio).
We are offering several different classes, at different price points so that everyone can create their own gorgeous centerpiece and stay within their budget. Because class space is limited, we ask that you please sign up in advance.
