This bouquet was the inspiration for Ruthie’s entire wedding. I was so flattered to know that this bride had planned one of the most important day’s of her life around one of my creations, having never even met me! Ruthie was one of the most thoughtful brides I have worked with to date. She put so much thought, effort, and attention into every last detail of her day. Not only did she want things to be perfect for her and her wonderful fiance, Steve; but she also wanted everything to be perfect for her guests. She created her own replicas of this bouquet out of silks for her centerpieces, and even went to the trouble of hand making her own bouquet jewelry for the girl’s bouquets and corsages!
I wish I had a chance to take more photos of this event, but like so many of our weddings, I am most concerned with everything looking perfect and running smoothly, than I am about my own pictures. Luckily Ruthie was kind enough to send me these pics for me to check out! The weather could not have been more perfect for this sweet couple, and I couldn’t help but think that the curse of rainy wedding weather this season was broken by Ruthie and Steve.
