Annie and Paul’s Perfectly Peach Wedding- Onteora Mountain House

Annie and Paul couldn’t have gotten any luckier to have such a beautiful, sunny September day for their I-do’s and we at A Night In Bloom couldn’t have been luckier to work with such a great couple!

When Annie first contacted us she was planning on DIYing her wedding flowers, but while going through the planning process with Lauren, they ended up coming up with lots of gorgeous designs for decor. When I took over for Lauren, she and Annie already had already made the switch from a DIY to Full Service order and had most of these beautiful plans in place!

The overall look Annie had hoped for was rustic and elegant in all shades of peachy pinks and soft shades of green. We all agreed that this would be a perfect combination of styles and colors for Onteora Mountain House!

Onteora’s outdoor ceremony space really needs no decoration- the view speaks for itself, but Annie jazzed it up a bit with some simple and elegant Hydrangea and Eucalyptus tied to the aisle chairs which accented the natural beauty of the breathtaking view. Those same flowers, along with Hypericum Berries and more peach toned accents, flowed into the centerpieces in rustic birch planters with charming chalkboard table numbers created by Annie and her mother.

The escort card table was accented with a gorgeous flowing garland of seeded eucalyptus and flowers. Annie and Paul added some whimsical personal touches and incorporated their love for snowboarding with darling cake toppers and having a snowboard serve as another guestbook. We really enjoy weddings where our couples incorporate some of their interests in subtle ways into their decor!
