Amy was a last minute bride who called me about one month before her wedding. I was more than happy to help her when I heard what her colors were: pink, ivory, and blush tones. Anyone who knows me will tell you I am such a pink girl! Amy had purchased her flowers separately, with the plan of having her very sweet family help her out with putting everything together the day before the wedding. She also retained my design services which was a good idea because many of the vases were not a perfect match for the design she was looking for. Not to worry though, the end result were very pretty spring bubble bowls filled with tulips in all shades of pink. Not to mention the help of her family, who were all lined up ready to help with anything that needed to be done! Her favors were the best! Hens and Chicks (my favorite plants) in ceramic pots, tied with raffia were purchased from an online vendor. I still have a few growing in my garden!
The flowers I used were primarily Cremita Spray Roses, Anna Roses, Pink Sorbone Lilies, Stock, Lisianthus, and various other wildflower elements. Unfortunately I snapped the picture of the large vase arrangements before all of the flowers had time to fully bloom. Her bouquet was hand-tied and wrapped in vintage lace, which I purchased at an estate sale, studded with pearl pins, and the underlay was double faced ivory satin ribbon. I have more pictures from this event but I need to locate them, please bear with me!
